Lycett talks openly about his bisexuality in his stand-up routine.
He isn’t shy about his sexuality on social media either.
He has a show called Joe Lycett’s Got Your Back (2019-present) that takes on big corporations with a comedic spin.
As part of the show, Lycett famously changed his name to Hugo Boss to draw attention to the fact that the fashion giant was issuing cease-and-desist letters to other businesses with the word “Boss” in their names, specifically Swansea’s Boss Brewing. (He changed his name back that same year.)
