Do bi people get “gay” married?

Questions

The legalization of same-sex marriage benefits bi people.

The preferred term is same-sex marriage because it is more inclusive. A bi person’s sexuality does not change depending upon the sex of their partner(s). If a bi person marries a partner of the same sex, he or she still is bi. “Gay marriage” is therefore not an inclusive term and is slowly falling out of favor in LGBT-friendly circles. Marriage equality has benefited people from all parts of the LGBT community.
