Juan Castano is an American actor and model best known for his role as Marco Ruiz in What/If (2019).
Castano has also made a name for himself in the theater world, receiving the Drama Desk's Sam Norkin award for Off-Broadway Excellence in 2018.
Castano has been very private about his upbringing and personal information since his film appearance, but he has spoken a few times about his sexuality. In an interview with NewNowNext, he states,
I would say that for the majority of my life I identified as straight, but as I got older I think my sexual preference has gotten more fluid. I am, as my friends say, on the spectrum.[1]
