About Me

I live just outside of Palm springs, California in a city called Beaumont. I work as a privately contracted firefighter during the day and work nights as a gogo dancer. I enjoy tuning and racing imports as well as tactical competition shooting. I am out to my immediate family but my distant family does not know about me yet. But in time, I plan to be out to all of my family.

What Being Bi Means to Me

To me, being bisexual means that I look at more than just the gender when it comes to the attractiveness of a person. I also look inward at who that person really is.

If the World Knew About Bisexuals

That we are real people. Not confused people or people making a slow transition into being gay. And we are not out to sleep with everyone we can get our hands on.

My Path to Bisexual Identity

I had girlfriends but was always attracted to other guys as well. I was curious to explore that side of me and did some soul searching. After I knew exactly who I was and was confident about myself, I came out and never looked back 🙂

The Toughest Thing About Being Bi

Having people assume that I was just making my transition to being gay. “Bi now, gay later” they would say as they rolled their eyes. Its tough sometimes not being taken seriously.

The Best Thing About Being Bi

Double the chance of getting asked out 🙂 lol

How People Reacted When I Came Out

My family never stopped supporting me for a second. But while I was at LA pride this year, Richard Simmons (yes the fitness guru) told me my sexuality was going to hurt people and I had a large chance of being alone. All I wanted was to meet him and tell him how much he inspired me to get into shape. That was very hard coming from someone that seemed to love everyone.
