Lisa Simpson is one of the main characters in the long-running FOX animated comedy, The Simpsons (1989). Lisa is voiced by Yeardley Smith.
Lisa is an eight-year-old girl who is incredibly bright and perceptive about the world around her. She is often considered to be the smartest member of the Simpsons family ― or, at least, the child with the most potential. Her brother Bart’s best friend, Milhouse, has a long-standing crush on her. In the twenty-third season there is a montage at the end of an episode that shows that, while Lisa and Milhouse eventually marry and have children, she also had girlfriends at different points who pose with her in holiday photos ― at times, more than one. Lisa, later on, grows up to become President of the United States.
It’s clear from the photos that while Bart is wary of Lisa’s girlfriend and triad, her parents are accepting of her queerness.
