Pam de Beaufort is a the manager of the bar Fangtasia in the Sookie Stackhouse novels and in the HBO adaptation True Blood.
She is shown as being cold, analytical, and heartless. She is mostly attracted to women, but she has a very deep love for Eric Northman, who turned her into a vampire.
In True Blood she also has a romantic relationship with Sookie's best friend, Tara Thornton.
