Jay Bilzerian (voiced by Jason Mantzoukas) is one of the main characters of the animated Netflix series Big Mouth (2017–2024).
Jay is a 13-year-old boy living in the suburbs of New York City, who makes a habit of having sex with pillows. He’s best friends with the characters Nick and Andrew, and is the youngest of an extremely dysfunctional family consisting of a philandering father, a psychotic mother, and brothers who bully him.
In season 2, his sexual interests take an unexpected turn when he kisses a boy during a game of spin the bottle, causing him to question himself. As a result, he starts cheating on his pillow girlfriend with a male sofa cushion (it makes sense in the show).
Even his pillow tells him that his bisexuality cannot exist and that he must be gay. However, Jay is adamant that he is attracted to both boy pillows and girl pillows.
