FacesAbout Me
I am a born and raised Bostonian and have an eccentric personality. Not everyone gets me, but I have a small group of close friends that I am fiercely loyal to. I am a very compassionate person and wish to go into a career of psychiatry. I have a few hobbies which are mainly playing video games, collecting old weaponry from across the globe, and playing my saxophone. My favorite musicians are Bon Jovi and My Chemical Romance.
What Being Bi Means to Me
It means that I feel attraction for men and women. Nothing more, nothing less.
If the World Knew About Bisexuals
We exist
My Path to Bisexual Identity
Well my first year of middle school I started to look at men, so for a brief moment I thought I was gay. I kept this to myself and struggled with my sexuality for a short time. This changed when a girl I had known for a while confessed feelings for me and I realized I still had feeling for women. During our relationship I was aware of how I still had the capacity to feel compassion for men. After the relationship ended I decided that I needed to stop overthinking the whole thing, and just accept the fact that I feel attraction for men and women. I realized I was Bisexual.
The Toughest Thing About Being Bi
Being told I don’t exist, that someone is either straight or gay.
The Best Thing About Being Bi
I want to say something profound, but the only thing I can think of is “the look on peoples faces when you hit on men and women at the same time.”
How People Reacted When I Came Out
Most people have been supportive or simply didn’t care.
