To me, being bisexual means being uninhibited in who I love, who I’m attracted to, and not denying anything about myself.

We’re the real “normal” people!

When I was a teen, I had sexual encounters with other teen boys, and really enjoyed it. Then, for some reason I hid that part of myself, and played around with girls and really enjoyed it. Then I got stuck in the “you have to pick one” paradigm, and kept flip-flopping around until I was in my mid-30s. Every time I said I was straight, I’d get attracted to a man. Every time I said I was gay, I’d get attracted to a woman. Then I came clean and just admitted I was Bi, and life got so much easier.

Having to bring myself out slowly to deal with people who hear bisexual and make assumptions without even knowing me.

Getting to love whoever I want.

Some good, some bad. The really important people to me already knew.
