Bianca Elissa Garcia Sierra is an American-born Mexican soccer player (or footballer) who plays center-back for the Tigres club. Although she played multiple positions throughout her childhood, she became a center-back when she played for her college team at Auburn University.

During this time, she played 85 matches, scoring five goals and providing seven assists.

In 2016, Sierra came out as having a relationship with Tigres teammate Stephany Mayor, despite warnings from her then-coach to avoid public displays like holding hands. When Sierra was not selected to play for her national team but Mayor was, the latter went to play for Iceland, and Sierra followed shortly thereafter. During this time, she played for first-division Norwegian club Arn-Bjørnar. In 2017, both of them rejoined the Mexican national soccer team.

Sierra and Mayor are believed to be some of the first openly queer athletes in modern Mexican history.
