Ciri is one of the protagonists of The Witcher video game franchise. She is a princess of Cintra and the adopted daughter of Geralt and Yennefer.

In the third game, Ciri becomes playable in certain parts, making her the only character other than Geralt that the user can control in any of the games. A fan-favorite, Ciri is also one of the main characters of the Netflix adaptation also titled The Witcher (2019–).

The games are based on a series of Polish novels and short stories published between 1986 and 2013. In the books, author Andrzej Sapkowski makes it very clear that Ciri is indeed bisexual. She seems attracted to men throughout the series and is romantically interested in Ser Gallahad in Lady of the Lake (1999). In The Time of Contempt (1995) and Baptism of Fire (1996), she is in a relationship with a young woman named Mistle, a fellow member of the outlaw gang “The Rats”.

This is an epic universe with many stories being told, but it would be great to see this part of Ciri made more prominent as the franchise continues to grow.
