Aaron H. Aceves is a bi Mexican-American author from East Los Angeles who penned This Is Why They Hate Us (2022), following a high school senior determined to move on from his unrequited feelings for his best friend by exploring new romantic avenues.
Currently residing in Texas, he serves as an Early Career Provost Fellow at UT Austin.
