Bartees Strange

Bartees Leon Cox Jr., known professionally as Bartees Strange, is an English-born American musician and songwriter.

In 2015, Bartees co-founded the band Stay Inside. It was his solo career, however, that truly launched his career into the spotlight.

Strange has released two studio albums, Live Forever (2020) and Farm to Table (2022), as well as three EPs. His music, a blend of indie rock, alternative, and hip-hop, draws inspiration from his personal experience, addressing themes of identity, race, and relationships. With his unique style and thought-provoking lyrics, Bartees Strange has quickly gained recognition in the indie music scene.
